Booking Conditions: All cancellations must be in writing

A refund for a day trip requires 21 days notice. Cancellations on medical grounds, 14 days notice with a medical certificate. The cost of your train ticket will be refunded less a cancellation charge of £10 per person. All trains are operated for us by train operating companies and although every effort will be made to keep good time and ensure the train runs as planned, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay, curtailment, mishap or alteration caused by the railway companies or other situations outside our control. Any special requests made on your booking form are noted and we will do our best to comply with these where pssible, we cannot however give a guarantee. Your booking constitutes your acceptance of these conditions.
